Re-establishing CNRI

Confederation of Ngo's of Rural India was established by our founder in the year 2005 with its head office in Delhi having 7000 members representing all states of the country. However, after sad demise of my father the activities of CNRI were reduced. In last 2 years we have again started there have been more than 25 meetings where in state and national level experts from different sectors has participated and influenced the various policies, publications has resumed, 2 national level conference were conducted and participated by many prominent speakers from government and civil society. We are affiliated member of OECD/ INFE and having a JVR with PWC India, our organization is the only one in the country, having Joint Business relationship for sustainable growth with PWC India. IRMA-Anand, we have an understanding for imparting rural management techniques to our fellow members, the budget committee also calls us to understand the needs of NGOs while preparing the budgets. We have also credited to advise 15th finance commission. Agriculture and rural development ministry have asked us to submit a visionary document for Indian agriculture. I have been working here as the Executive Co- Chairman wherein I steer the organization along with the Secretary General.
